जडिबुटीको राजा  रातो च्याउ अर्थात् गानोदर्मा (Ganoderma)

पृथ्वीमा भएको अति नै बहुमूल्य जडिबुटी मध्ये सर्वश्रेष्ठ तथा जडिबुटीको राजा भनेर रातो च्याउ अर्थात् गानोदर्मा (Ganoderma) चिनिन्छ । यसको बारेमा चाइनाको ५ हजार वर्ष पुरानो पुस्तक “सेङ्ग नोेङ हर्वल क्यासिक” Seng nong’s herbal classic  जडिबुटी सम्बन्धी पुस्तकमा रातो च्याउको उपयोगिता र विशेषताको बारेमा वर्णन गरेको पाइन्छ ।
चीनमा त्यहाँका राजाहरुले आफ्नो दरबार, धार्मिकस्थल आदिमा शुभसाइतको लागि च्याउको आकृति बनाएर सजावट गरेको पाइन्छ । त्यति मात्र हैन, राजा महाराजाहरुले लगाउने लुगा र गहगहना आदिमा पनि विभिन्न चित्रहरु कुँदेको पाइन्छ । चिनियाँ भाषामा लिंझी (दीर्घजीवन) वनस्पतिमय नाम गोनोदर्मा (Gano + derma) चम्किने छाला भन्ने अर्थ लाग्छ, यसको प्राकृतिक रुपमा नै चम्किलो हुने भएको कारण पनि यसो भनिएको हो । चीनमा यसलाई धार्मिक, सांस्कतिक र ऐतहिासिक रुपमा समेत महत्वका साथ वर्णन गरिएको पाइन्छ ।
ई.सं. १०६० मा जापानको क्युटो युनिर्भसिटीका प्राक. युकियो नाओईले भाइरसर ब्याक्टिेरियारहित पद्धतिद्वारा रातो च्याउको सफलतापूर्वक खेती गर्न सफल भएको देखिन्छ । त्यसपछि सन् १९७०मा चीन, १९८० मा ताइवान लगायतको देशहरुमा कोषिका प्रजनन पद्धतिद्वारा सफलतापूर्वक खेती गरेर अध्ययन अनुसन्धानमा नयाँ–नयाँ तथ्यहरु फेला पारेको प्रमाणहरु भेटाइएको छ ।

अनुसन्धान अनुसार रातो च्याउलाई पृथ्वीमा भएको जडिबुटी मध्ये सर्वश्रेष्ठ मान्दै यसमा २५२ भन्दा बढी तत्वहरु पेला परेको र यसले मानव शरीरको कोषमा फाइदा पु¥याउने कोषीय पोषकतत्वयुक्त खाद्य मानिएको छ । यसले कुनै पनि किसिमको साइड इफेक्ट नगर्ने भएको कारण जुनसुकै उमेर, समूह र सबै खाले समस्या भएको व्यक्तिले पनि खान तथा प्रयोग गर्न सकिने वैज्ञानिक पुष्टि भएको छ ।

यो कहाँ पाइन्छ त ? 
रातो च्याउ अर्थात् गानोदर्मा रातो खालको २०० प्रजातिमा पाइने तथ्य फेला परेको र सबै औषधीय गुणयुक्त भए तापनि कोषिका प्रजनन पद्धतिद्वारा बढी प्रभावकारलाई मात्र एउटै आमा च्याउ बनाएर व्यवसायिक खेती गरेको पाइन्छ । आधुनिक प्रविधिबाट २० केजीबाट २÷३ केजी माइक्रोपूर्ण प्रसोधित मात्र उपयोगी मानिन्छ । यो औषधी नभए पनि अति औषधीय गुणले भरपुर भएको कारण आधुनिक औषधीभन्दा सयौ गुणा प्रभावकारी र भरपर्दो मानिन्छ । यसले कोषमा गएर त्यहाँ भएको विकास तत्वहरुलाई सफा गर्ने कार्य गर्छ । जसरी हाम्रो घर वरपरको फोहर तथा आफू बसेको ठाउँको कुचोले सफा गरेझैँ मानव शरीरको कोष, तन्तु, अंग, प्रणाली हुँदै शरीरको विकास वस्तुहरुलाइृ पनि त्यसरी नै दिशा, पिसाब, पसिना, ¥याल, खकार, सिँगान आदिको माध्यमबाट बाहिर फाल्ने काम गर्छ । औषधीले रोगलाई काम गर्छ तर यसले कारण विशेषलाई काम गर्ने भएकोले रोगको कारण नै ठीक हुनुु भनेको रोगै नलाग्नु सम्झनु पर्दछ ।

शरीरमा रोग लाग्नु भनेको विषादी र शारीरिक असन्तुलन हुनु हो । यो दुवै कारणलाई ठीक गर्दै सन्तुलनमा राख्ने काम गर्छ । वैज्ञानिक खोजअनुसन्धानमा राख्ने काम गर्छ । वैज्ञानिक खोजअनुसन्धान अनुसार यसले मानव शरीरमा लुकेर बसेको रोगलाइ पनि पत्ता लगाउने लक्षणहरु देखाउनुका साथै यसले काम गर्दा कडा प्रतिक्रिया देखाउने कार्य जादुमय लाग्छ । यसको यस्तै कार्यले गर्दा यसलाई जादुुगरी जटिबुटीको राजा, दैविक शक्ति भएको सञ्जिवनी बुटी आदिको संज्ञा पनि दिइएको पाइन्छ ।
चीन, जापान लागायतको देशहरुमा यसलाई क्यान्सर प्रतिरोधीको रुपमा उपयोग गरेको पाइन्छ । साथे यसले सफलता मिलेको पनि उल्लेख गरिएको छ । विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठनको सर्वेक्षण अनुसार संसारमा ८० प्रतिशत भन्दा बढी मानिसको मृत्यु नसर्ने रोगको कारण भएको उल्लेख छ । यस्ता नसर्ने रोगको लागि यो वरदान नै सावित भएको पाइन्छ ।

When taken this Reishi Ganoderma herb, the following process is undertaken in our body.
SCANNING : 

(1 to 30 days) During this process, the body cells are checked for Toxins and inacitivity.  Most of these kinds of defects at the cell level are reported by way of REFLECTIONS through the external organs like eyes, nose, ear etc.  This is just a diagnostic phase which normally within 6 weeks of starting this Ganotherapy.  This reflections can be seen for about 5 to 7 days.
DETOXIFICATION (CLEANSING) :

(1 to 30 weeks) During this phase, the unwanted/harmful matters (called the toxins are removed from the body.  The body using its own natural excretory mechanism, which is activated by Ganoderma, carrying out this process.  This phase takes place for about 5 to 12 days, depending on the level and quality of toxins.   During this process of detoxification, water soluble toxins (eg. sugar, uric acid) find their exit through urine and sweat.  Insoluble toxins (eg cholesterol) are easily disposed off through phlegm.

REGULATION :
(1 to 12 months) The bio-chemical as well as bio-electric factors of the body are balanced and the organ functions are regulated to normal levels.

BUILDING :
 (6 to 24 months) In this phase, the damaged cells are repaired and reconstructed.  Inactive cells are activated.  Body's natural immune system is activated.

REJUVENATION :
 (1 to 3 years) This is the ultimate aim of consuming this herb. It is a continuous process through-out life and during the process, body gains youthfulness.  Oxidation of the cells prevented and ageing of the cells delayed.  The natural immune system is activated at cell levels.
